AI Agent helps users find information, summarize work, and support controlled business workflows. Premium capabilities are available where enabled/configured.
Connected services
Authorized users can connect supported services such as Gmail. Gmail access is optional and controlled by the user through Google's OAuth consent process.
Profile-based access
Customer information is organized into Profiles with access controls intended to keep each organization's data separated from other customers.
How Gmail is used
When a user chooses to connect Gmail, Command Desk requests read-only Gmail access for supported email-reading workflows and Gmail send access for user-authorized sending or replies. Users choose whether to connect Gmail and may disconnect it at any time.
