Command Desk by WebVillage Marketing

Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026

Public signup, CD Credit and 30-day guarantee

Public signup requires $20 USD in initial CD Credit funding. This is prepaid credit, not a setup fee. Your Command Desk account is activated only after payment is confirmed. Ordinary promo and referral codes do not waive this payment.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee begins at successful initial paid activation. The eligible refund equals eligible cash paid during the guarantee period minus paid usage actually consumed. Usage covered entirely by included/free allowances does not reduce the refund. There is no hidden non-usage deduction. Promotional and other non-cash credit are not refunded as cash.

You can request cancellation and an eligible refund in Billing. Uncertain payment or usage results, disputes and accounting mismatches require reconciliation. Completed refunds end applicable subscriptions and Modules and stop further paid usage.

Module free trials are separate from the account guarantee. Trial eligibility, length and subsequent monthly price follow the configured Module offer. Usage allowances and paid usage can still apply during a Module trial.

An authorized staff member may separately sponsor a client’s initial funding waiver. A waiver is not a promo code or a promotional credit grant; normal billing rules apply beyond included allowances.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Command Desk, a business operations platform provided by WebVillage Marketing ("Command Desk," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Command Desk, you agree to these Terms and any applicable customer agreement between WebVillage Marketing and the organization that provides your access.

If you use Command Desk on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to use the service for that organization and to bind yourself to these Terms.

2. The service

Command Desk helps businesses organize operational information such as leads, reminders, follow-up work, connected-service data, notifications, and AI-assisted workflow information. Available features depend on the customer's plan, enabled modules, integrations, and account configuration.

Some features may be offered in beta, pilot, preview, or limited-release form. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as they are tested and improved.

3. Accounts and authorized users

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You may use Command Desk only for Profiles and organizations you are authorized to access.
  • Customer administrators are responsible for granting and removing access for their users.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or compromised credentials.

4. Connected services and Gmail

Command Desk may allow users to connect third-party services, including Gmail, through OAuth or other authorized integration methods. You are responsible for connecting only accounts you are authorized to use.

When you connect Gmail, Google controls the authorization flow and permissions granted to Command Desk. You may disconnect the connection at any time. Command Desk will use Google data only as described in our Privacy Policy and according to the permissions you grant and the in-product settings you select.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or actions of a third-party service provider.

Google Calendar Integration. If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Command Desk to access calendar data and, when enabled, create, update, reschedule, and cancel events on calendars you select. You are responsible for your calendar selections, availability, booking settings, and third-party account permissions. You may disconnect the integration or revoke Google access at any time. Google Calendar is a third-party service subject to Google’s terms, policies, and availability.

5. Customer data

As between the customer and WebVillage Marketing, the customer retains its rights in business data submitted to or processed through Command Desk. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise handle that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as permitted by the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to provide personal information, customer records, emails, website inquiries, and other data to Command Desk.

6. AI-assisted features

Command Desk may provide AI-generated summaries, classifications, suggestions, drafts, or proposed actions. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users remain responsible for reviewing important information and decisions before relying on or acting on AI-generated output.

Command Desk may require user confirmation before certain actions are performed. The presence of an AI suggestion does not create a professional, legal, financial, medical, or other advisory relationship.

7. Text Messaging / SMS Program

Registered Command Desk users may separately choose to receive recurring informational or operational SMS alerts from WebVillage Marketing through Command Desk, including new lead alerts, follow-up reminders, items requiring attention, customer or human-handoff alerts, account/service/billing/usage notices, and selected summaries.

  • SMS is optional and is not required to use Command Desk.
  • SMS consent is separate from general acceptance of these Terms.
  • Consent to Command Desk operational alerts does not authorize unrelated promotional messages or another business's customer/prospect messaging program.
  • Message frequency varies based on selected settings and business activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Where appropriate, one final opt-out confirmation message may be sent.
  • Reply HELP for help or contact inquiry@webvillage.marketing.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • You are responsible for updating your mobile number if it changes or is reassigned.

Individual Command Desk customers may separately operate messaging programs for their own prospects or customers. Those customer-operated programs are separate from Command Desk operational alerts, and the customer is responsible for appropriate business identity, registration, consent, and legal/carrier/provider compliance. Availability depends on enabled modules, provider configuration, and applicable approvals.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Command Desk to:

  • Access data, Profiles, accounts, or systems without authorization.
  • Interfere with, probe, bypass, or attempt to defeat security or access controls.
  • Transmit malware, abusive code, unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Use the service in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party terms.
  • Resell, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except as permitted by law or a written agreement with WebVillage Marketing.

9. Regulated and high-risk use

Unless specifically agreed in writing, Command Desk is not intended to serve as a system of record for highly regulated or high-risk data or decisions, including protected health information subject to HIPAA, regulated financial data, emergency services, or other uses where failure could reasonably cause serious harm. Customers should not use Command Desk for those purposes without a separate written agreement confirming appropriate requirements and safeguards.

10. Fees and plans

Fees, included features, module limits, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation terms may be described in an order, proposal, invoice, customer agreement, or plan description. Where those terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific written customer agreement controls for that customer.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, add, remove, or modify features as the service evolves. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events, internet failures, and other conditions may affect availability.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, suspected abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, material breach, or protection of the service or other users. Customers may cancel or discontinue the service according to their applicable customer agreement or plan terms.

After termination, access to the service may end. Data export, retention, and deletion are subject to the applicable customer agreement, Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup practices, and reasonable operational requirements.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Command Desk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every business requirement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebVillage Marketing and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to use of Command Desk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the applicable customer for Command Desk during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written customer agreement states otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

17. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be submitted through your Command Desk administrator or at inquiry@webvillage.marketing.
