Creating a Command Desk login is different from setting up Command Desk for a business.

Create your login identity or sign in to access Profiles that an authorized Command Desk administrator has already granted to you.
Creating a login account creates a login identity only. It does not automatically provision a CustomerAccount, create a Profile, activate paid service, activate Modules or Add-Ons, or grant entitlement.
